If you are sending a tip, include the primary source if there is one: the advisory, the filing, the record, or the organization’s statement. A claim on its own is not enough for a story.
Corrections
If something we published is wrong, email webmaster@severitydaily.com with a link to the story and what the source actually says. Corrections are made on the story with a dated note and logged on the Corrections page.
